"It's an okay laptop for the price"
Pros: Choices in style and color, choices in components (if you order from Dell), affordable, Firewire port, lots of USB ports, keeps cool
Cons: The higher-end video card is crap, and the higher-end audio card is crap. I would not buy this laptop for video games - and if you're going to use this as a music composing workstation, you will still need to buy an external sound card.

"Great value - awesome machine, good price"
Pros: Fast system! Has all the horse power I need to get stuff done! The glossy LCD screen is spectacular; I love the backlit keyboard, & blue tooth mouse. Has real nice sound.
Cons: Issue with one of the two headphone jacks, and it's a little heavier than I'm used to
