"Not good from the word go"
Pros: Design and Features
Cons: Bad Hardware
Summary: I was fairly impressed with this equipment at first but now I am on the phone with dell asking for an RMA. With in the first 24 hours the video card became unresponsive. It did this twice in the first 24 hours and never did it again. Now as I type this message the fan is on full blast and I am having trouble typing this message because the keyboard is deciding not to work. FUN FUN
DONT BUY!!!

I wish I would have read this before I bought mine. hard drive completely crashed after 23 days and dell is stating there 21 day return policy stands regardless of the fact that the computer is fully defective! All I get is a blank screen with a flashing curser!!!!

If you have experienced those problems, doesn't mean that the other 99% of those people experience those problems too. Getting a faulty laptop also doesn't mean it is designed faulty. Telling other people not to buy this laptop because of your problems is just foolish. What's the point of rating and writing a review (although yours isn't exactly a review but a complaint) if the product doesn't even work it's suppose to?
Anyway, I think it's a great laptop and people should consider buying it. -
I have a friend who had to return hers twice, then I had to fix another friend's laptop that had similar issues to yours. I switched to Toshiba and have not been disappointed thus far.
