    Pros: Awesome Screen...
    Good Battery life...
    Nice feel and Design...
Looks better than a Heavy Weight Coaster on your table
    that's it

Cons: WIRELESS is SLOWER than the DIAL-UP*
It is buffering just watching this review
Samsung Hard Drive went out after 5 days.
USB ports are ALL only on one side
Brings civilization back to the ages of Dial Up Modems.

    *Modest exaggeration

Summary: I got the new XPS 15 and I didnt even think about the wireless, until I got it! IT IS SLOW!!!! I mean...SLOW!

I got this laptop as an upgrade to my aging XPS M1530 machine. I did numerous side by side comparisons, different servers, different routers and get this: my old XPS is pushing 3X, no joke, 3 times faster internet than my new XPS 15!!!

What da F***, Dell?!!! Called tech support, they did their tweaking, nothing changed! New XPS runs at the same speed in Safe Mode with Networking, however 3 times slower in the regular mode. Thought it was some app dragging the speed down? NOPE! Even after turning everything off in regular Windows mode, this POS is still dragging its feet and buffering left and right...

Not to mention that the 700gb hard drive went out after only 5 days of service, can't blame this one on Dell though, it was a Samsung drive. Piece of crap, 6 sigma my a$$!

I had to reinstall the new hard drive with all the new apps and drivers, spent over 3 days in all just to get it back to where I started.

In all, I am still using my old XPS m1530 now because of the faster internet and I have no use for this new machine. Unless I want to play a new game...only if it is not an online multiplayer mode, of course...LAGGGGG!

I HAVE OWNED A TOTAL OF FIVE(5) DELL COMPUTERS.
MY MOST RECENT PURCHASE WAS JUNE 2012.
I HAD TROUBLE WITH IT THE VERY FIRST WEEK.
I HAD TO CALL INDIA EVERY OTHER DAY AND STAY ON THE PHONE
FOR HOURS WITH SOMEONE WHO COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR UNDERSTAND
THE PROBLEM AND COULD NEVER FIX IT.
FINALLY THE LAST WEEK IN AUGUST I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE WITH WIN 7 AND I HAD TO PAY $229.00 TO
FIX IT AS OY THE HARDWARE IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 12 MONTHS.
I WAS FURIOUS !!!! MY $995.00 COMPUTER WAS ONLY 7 WEEKS OLD AND ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD !!!
I PACKED IT UP AND SENT IT BACK.
I LOST ALL MY MONEY AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.
I BOUGHT A HP COMPUTER WHICH IS WONDERFUL AND HAS A FULL 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON EVERYTHING!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT TOO AND THEY ARE IN THE USA !!
