"Class action lawsuit waiting to happen"
Pros: This will be my last Dell
Cons: The fact the product exists
Summary: Any class action lawyers out there? Here's a goldmine. This computer has a faulty video device, and Dell won't replace mine but insists on repairing it again and again, even though it's obviously futile. I picked up from the Dell service techs that this is basically a faulty model. Class action lawyers, have at it!!!
