Pros: Fast processor, bright screen, memory card reader

Cons: Poor screen connections, slow drive, THICK

Summary: This laptop was good for just over a year then everything started to fail. Luckily when I first purchased an eMachines laptop at Best Buy I opted for the 3 year warranty. After a 5 series that overheated and hinges broke we got this as a replacement. Now after being sent in for 6 repairs and a pending 7th I'm waiting for confirmation from the service center in Chicago that says the current problem is hardware and becuase of the no-lemon policy I get another replacement. Or I hope Best Buy will be good enough to give at least a store credit for the purchase price so I never have to suffer through another eMachines or rebranded one through Gateway. I'm looking at getting an HP and another HP or Sony with the credit.
