    "Fujitsu has the best customer relations and in the world"

    Pros: They fixed my computer free when it was three years past guarantee. No questions.

    Cons: Don't know - perhaps it could weigh less

    Summary: I'm a Fujitsu fan -- their service is fantastic. I had a LifeBook and loved it -- it's five years old and going strong.
