Great Notebook, horrible customer service
Pros: Thin and light, yet durable....at the time of purchase was by far the most competitive in price. A VAIO similarly equipped was over 4k
Cons: Customer service is killeing Gatewat as a company. Power supply died after a year and Gateway had no replacement parts since the notebook was discontinued. After waiting 2 months I was given a brand new M320x plus.

very well equiped
Pros: very slim sleek and to the point. runs extremely well and handles many programs at once. i agree its not a gaming computer, but it serves ite purpose for those business people on the move and for students.
Cons: battery life is short, but nothing to complain about. could use a little more sound but adequate.

Customer Service Ignorami
Pros: Fast, cheap and ladened with extras.
Cons: Cheap plastic exterior except for the lid; Customer Service is absolutely terrible. Simple fixes baffled two out of three techs, and then they tried to charge me for it.

Fantastic laptop!
Pros: Very sleek thin and stylish. Not only does this computer have great looks, it also has the speed to go with it. I have had my 200XL for about 1 month now and love it. Wireless antenna gets much better signal than my last laptop's non-integrated 802.11b c
Cons: There are a few very small things that I find annoying, but are not a big problem. The battery is sub par, but I already bought the 6 cell battery so that is fixed. The USB ports are put in an inconvenient spot for my uses; I would prefer them in the bac

Lightweight, Thin Design, Fast
Pros: This computer is great, it has just enough capabilities to run pretty much alot of games and its wifi isnt bad. I have the router in my furnished basement while my laptop in my upstairs room and it stills works at excellent connectivity. Also note: Keyboa
Cons: Battery life simply unacceptable, last less then <1Hr when watching dvds, when ur doing small projects like word, u might be able to squeeze just a bit less then 2 hrs.

200XL is impressive!
Pros: I've had my 200XL for over a month now and love it! Friend's who've seen it are quite impressed. They're surprised it's a Gateway! I don't know if that's good or bad for Gateway... It's light and I can take it anywhere... very mobile! I recently bough
Cons: As others have mentioned... the battery. Do what everyone else has done and buy the higher capacity battery.
