    "M320X is a superior notebook"

    Pros: Very light; many extras; clear display; comfortable keyboard; scrolling bar; CD burner and packed with extras!

    Cons: I had a battery problem, but Gateway tech support replaced it and upgraded it for me.

    Summary: I think the Gateway M320X is a really fantastic notebook. Not only does it perform with no problems, I purchased it for a great price. Good value, great tech support & customer service and I am impressed with it.

    I also wanted to add that Gateway technical support is the best! I have been using Gateway products for 7 years and never once had a problem NOT solved. Dell was a personal nightmare as was Apple.
    This is a superior notebook: fast, light, battery life is good and I disagree with anyone saying it's short (I'm a student), and the simple fact that it has many extras at a very, very reasonable price.
