"nice laptop for decent price with good customer service"
Pros: its got a asoume on board video card fast CPU ( vista not so good but manageable) sleek design.
Cons: vista, gets a bit hot but is not a problem if you get a cooling pad.

Pros: 1. Nice screen
2. Good Speakers ( well better than my last laptop)
3.Nice Clean LookCons: 1.shiny plastic is a finger print collector
2.Very Thick
3.Short Battery life, I got 2 hours out of it
4.The scrolling on the track pad fails all of the time!!! Which is extremely Annoying!!

"2 major problems with my pc+ bad customer service"
Pros: i didn't like much about it and i'm sorry that i even bought it
Cons: the monitor start blinking and flashing after only 3 months and i had to send it to hp to repair it then they sent it back and after few weeks the fan stopped working so i sent it back to hp, everytime it takes at least 2 weeks, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
