"2 major problems with my pc+ bad customer service"
Pros: i didn't like much about it and i'm sorry that i even bought it
Cons: the monitor start blinking and flashing after only 3 months and i had to send it to hp to repair it then they sent it back and after few weeks the fan stopped working so i sent it back to hp, everytime it takes at least 2 weeks, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Summary: the customer service is really bad specially when you've a problem with your pc, you talk to some people in India so it's hard to understand their english and they hang up on you when they feel that you're not satiesfied, i also talked to one of the managers here in the US who did nothing and even didn't reply my calls

well man did you consider how you talked to them by any chance? i sent in mine and within 1 week i got it back with no issues and ive had it for over 11months now so it all depends on the user how you treated it and how you talked to them, besides if you didnt understand them you could chat online that works well to.
