"A powerful machine that still remains working strong after 4 years."
Pros: A 2003 model that competes with even the latest models from 2007
Cons: A little heavier than some of the newer notebooks
Summary: I've had this computer since it first came out (2003), and although it was a little bit pricey when I first bought it ($2800 with taxes), I have to admit that it was well worth it. I haven't had any problems with it since I bought it - - no glitches and no defects despite the fact that it was one of the first to come with built-in wireless capabilities. (First generation machines.) I fell in love with this notebook when I first saw it, was very impressed with its features when I first bought it, and 4 years later, am continually being impressed with its performance. The computer admittedly has more weight than the newer, slimmer notebooks, but the difference is negligible. I'll definitely stick with HP/Compaq for my next computer: I know their products will be worth the price.
