Pros: The Compaq name is an industry standard for quality server hardware; however, their laptop line must have been made by Fisher Price.

"If you buy, get an extended warranty"
Pros: worked good for 14 months
Cons: very bad customer service. Called numerous times and all of them speak broken english. They don't help you and if they do they give you wrong information. My a/c port came loose on mine and because of the way they make their laptops, it will cost more

Cons: Where to start? The special buttons all ove it are useless, the one "controlling" the built in WIFI tuner that gets a whopping 100 feet with a clear line of sight an no interference does about as much good as an ejection seat in a submarine, the keyboard

"It litearlly exploded with problems."
Pros: The only pro that i can find is the box i got it in was useful when i had to send it back several times.
Cons: When i first got it i had problems with the screen bad pixels and screen wouldnt turn on even after updates they told me to do. Next the touchpad buttons broke so i sent it in and they replaced it with another broken touchpad. Then a few weeks later my

"The cardboard box it was shipped in worked, but thats it."
Pros: The drugs i was taking when i bought this computer were good.
Cons: I dont know what i was thinking. The bubble dome on the back of the screen gets in the way, the usb ports are out of place. My screen has bad pixels and just wont turn on half of the time despite the update they told me to do. Touchpad buttons are broke
