"HP Envy giving me grief. Extremely disappointed."

Cons: Heats up and also freezes up.
Summary: I dislike complaining but I have to be honest and let others know what I've been through.First one I purchased got so hot that after troubelshooting with HP tech support they determined that there was a motherboard issue as well as a heat sync issue. They offered to fix at no cost. I returned it instead to Best Buy (where it was purchased) & since I was still under the 2 week return policy, and ordered another one just like it. I was hoping that it would solve the problem. Well guess what, the new one froze on me 4 times. Again, after troubleshooting with HP tech support, they told me that it may be a manufacturer defect. I've had it. I paid so much for this system and now I'm going to return it for the 2nd time. Now I'm going to purchase a Dell XPS instead. Maybe I'll have better luck.
