    "working girl's laptop"

by churchlady on March 18, 2005

Pros: Lightweight and small, fits in most of my handbags

Cons: Touchpads drive me crazy - but that's what a mouse is for

Summary: I've had this laptop for work for almost 3 years and I haven't had any major problems with it yet. I used to have an IBM ThinkPad that had more issues than Time Life magazine.

I primarily use the laptop for basic Office applications, but I've also been using it with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver - without too many problems.

And, I have to say, my favorite thing about it is that it fits in almost all of my handbags - I know, sounds kind of silly, but besides performance, that's the next most important thing for me.

I do have to say that the touchpad drives me crazy when I'm traveling. It's sensitive to air or something, because before I know it, the cursor is on a completely different part of a document or email.
