Pros: Fast, lightweight, and does just about everything. Despite Vista running slow on my old desktop, this notebook runs it quite well.

"Terrible computer & terrible service from a bad company"
Pros: Absolutely nothing good about HP computers. This computer has been nothing but trouble and HP merely makes troubleshooting/repair/replacement a nightmare for you so you finally give up and stop bothering them.
Cons: Slow, overheats, restarts itself, keyboard damages screen when computer is closed, touchpad is terrible...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"The worst computer we've bought - of all lap & desktops"
Pros: It's a nice size, looks cool..um oh it comes with a webcam (we didn't use it) you can create labels for your disks (just like in 1996)..running out of positive things to say about it, plus I'm missing 5 keys off the keyboard because they FELL OFF!!!!
Cons: Keys come off keyboard easily. The disc drive BROKE. We cannot listen to cds, DVDs, watch movies, burn discs...it's a nightmare. We've only had the laptop for about 4 months. It comes with QuickPlay, which seemed great @ 1st but it's completely lame!

Pros: small? Not really
Cons: OVERHEATS HORRIBLY, extremely poor and slow performance with that junk they call 'Vista', webcam won't work with AIM, could be separate problem though. Wireless switch very easy to turn off. Power plugs in on side, annoying.
