"Great Laptop except for one little thing"
Pros: Easy to carry, great size, fast, love it.
Cons: Some keys are overly sensitive - have fixed this for the most part. Biggest problem is the overheating.
Summary: I would have given this laptop a rating of 5 stars but the overheating drives me crazy. When it overheats it drops my internet connection and often either stops or lags badly. It gets so hot I can barely touch it, plus there are small rubber feet on the bottom that have actually fallen off from the heat. I use it for school so need it constantly but hope that when I have a break I can bring it in for service and see if they can do something about it. Amazingly when I checked on HP website for known problems there are a number of laptops with overheating issues but this one wasn't listed - very hard to believe when I can barely touch it at times. I do use it for long periods of time but don't believe this should not be a problem.
Otherwise I love this computer, I have small hands and really love the keyboard set-up - the enter key isn't far from the rest of the keys (like I noticed on a lot of other laptops), making fast typing a breeze. And while it's not the smallest laptop, it's a nice comfortable size and easy to transport around.
