"Strings attached-Support"
Pros: beautiful, fast, huge screen, TV tuner, etc
Cons: quicklaunch buttons failed several times
Summary: I fell in love with this laptop. It was great and fantastic when it worked properly. After owning it for a month, the quicklaunch buttons were unresponsive to tapping. Support helped me fix it and then, two weeks later, stopped working for good. I sent the laptop in for repairs and the technicians were unable to fix the problem and they kept delaying when to ship it back to me. I got fed up and got a refund (this all happened within 90 days of owning the laptop). Maybe my laptop was a lemon, but I do not like how apparently the technicians couldn't get to fixing a product they make despite having a month to work on it.
