Pros: machines is ok
Cons: Just Terrible customer service. Since there is no customer service, the warranty is useless and worthless. No live chat, no technical support, no online support...Shame on lenovo

"I've standardized my company on this great PC!"
Pros: The S-10 does everything we need to do. With 2GB RAM and Windows 7, with Office 2007 (or 2010 beta) it rocks.
Cons: Uh, you need to spend $50 on an external DVD drive, and another $50 on an external backup hard drive. Not a problem.
