"stylish, good performance, slow to recharge battery"

    by thatchman1 on October 24, 2008

Pros: Build quality is high. Keyboard is usable, with the usual cramp of a netbook. Windows performs very well. Bright screen. Great styling in the red option.

    Cons: Battery recharges slowly.

Summary: Very pleased with this netbook, espeically its better performance than the Latitude X1 that it replaces. I've found the battery life far better than CNET rates, especially if you're reasonable on screen brightness and mostly using the internet. The build quality seems very good, with a "great red paint job" (though other colors are available). The only downside I find is that the battery seems to take an exceptionally long time to charge.
