Cons: Non existent customer support. Stay away from Lenovo.
Summary: Bought two computers. One came broken. Still trying to get the broken one shipped to them for repair. The worst customer support ever encountered. Average waiting time was 45 minutes. Reminded me of a bait and switch approach of some shady internet shops from Brooklyn, NY. It used to be good company when it was part of IBM now not so. Please stay away from them.
