    Pros: screen size
    portability

    Cons: screen died
Lenovo's lack of customer service and support.

Summary: After much research and hearing many good things about Lenovo products and customer service. I purchased two Lenovo laptops back on 5/9/12 from an online Lenovo representative. I received them on 5/23/12. On 6/2/12 one of the laptop's screen went green. I called Lenovo support and it took 3 phones calls for someone to finally help me. I was told I would be emailed a packing slip to send it out for repair. Never got it. Again I had to call and was told they would re-email it. As I was told, I sent out the entire computer along with all the paperwork that came with the computer in its original box on 6/22/12. I did not hear from Lenovo again. I had to call support again on 7/2/12 to find out the status to be told they were going to send it out on 7/3/12.

I received it on 7/9. However when I opened up the box, the only thing in the box was the computer, no battery, no charge no paperwork. I called Lenovo again, told they would find out what happened to the missing pieces. No response. I called support again on 7/16/12 only to be told that they were going to send an email to the repair depot looking to see what happened to the battery and charger. I was told I could expect a response in 5- 7 days.

I can download paperwork from Lenovo's website so I am not concerned about that, however I purchased this laptop for $649.00 and it worked for less than 2 weeks. I now have the laptop back but it unusable except as a paperweight, since it no longer has a battery and charger.

I am disappointed in Lenovo's lack of customer service and support of their products. Am still waiting to hear back from Lenovo about battery and charger.

In hindsight I should have stayed with purchasing laptops from a brick and mortar store. They would have exchanged the defective product for a new one, and I would be using it, instead of waiting on Lenovo.
