Summary: I am so upset about this laptop. It has had a bad fan in it since day one, and I have sent the computer back about 5 times already. They replaced a BUNCH of not necessary parts, this happened in April. I got it back and it still has had the same problem. I just called and spoke to technical support and they told me that I have no right to speak to anyone in the company now that my computer is out of the warranty. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experience, now I have a computer with NO wireless because they replaced the wireless card and it broke. I hate lenovo I am going out to buy a sony now...
