"Looks Good - But I got a Lemon - Failed in Windows XP"
Pros: Nice lightweight design.Customer Service was anything but and seemed to try hard to make us keep this product beyond the 21 day return period.
Cons: Ordered it with Windows XP installed. We got a Windows Vista set of recovery disk. Opened several tickets relating to various BSOD. The port replicator, TPM, Norton Antivirus all weaked havoc on this PC. To make matters worse the
Summary: Bottom line - Lenovo Support reeks from the top down. If you can't support your product, you should not sell it. Maybe this PC worked well in a Vista environment, all I can testify is it failed poorly in a demanding Windows XP Corporate environment.
Once one error was resolved, another would just pop up. I never say anything like it, having been in the business for 14 years. They wanted to send a tech out to exchange it or fix it. By that time we were through with this heartache. At what point do you admit that the product does not work for a customer and cheefully refund the $$$?
