"Not worth buying!! Worst customer service!Worst battery"
Pros: Cheap! that's the only thing I can think of. But you really pay what you are getting.
Cons: Overheated easily, battery last like only a year.
Summary: Bad customer service. A couple weeks after I received my laptop, the hard drive started making noise. So I had to call in to replace it. And the guys wasn't very happy about it. I had to wait 3 weeks to receive my replacement. The computer shuts down if it get hot, that happened within half year after I got the replacement. And A little time after 1 year, I noticed that the battery started to get very week. Now, it only last 2 MINS if it's unplugged. I called Micro Express again, and was rudely told "the warranty on battery is a year, it's past a year. Did I make it clear?" I asked him is the battery only going to work for a year. He said he doesn't know, and was not willing to provide help what so ever. He just want me to pay $125 to buy a new battery. Not recommended buying.
