Pros: Keyboard/key spring action; vivid colors (sharp and crisp); its "New Touch of Color" finishing... some complaints about smudging but its not bothering me; speed; dvd clarity.
Cons: To date, none. Really.
Summary: Initially had concerns about purchasing a Samsung laptop (used to be a die-hard HP believer) but after reading initial test results of this particular laptop, I took the chance and purchased it. I am soooo glad that I did. Well worth it.
UPDATE: I have had my Samsung for almost 4 months now and am pleased to say that I have no reason whatsoever to change my original assessment. To date, this is one of the better laptops I have ever owned. I love its performance. I love the crispness of the screen. And it travels well too. Had no problem adjusting to wifi settings during my travels. Oh and the one thing I did forget to mention initially but can tell you now is that this laptop is light --- thereby making it a good traveling companion. Yes, I am still giving it 2-thumbs up!!

Pros: Ive been looking for a well rounded laptop for some time now and nothing can match the price performance and stylish design of this laptop, for the price, set at under 1k this is a steal with the amazing i5 processor and the NVIDIA graphics.
Cons: Battery life is not all that great, what can you expect for power and performance, the case is a fingerprint magnet, no dedicated mouse disabler for people with wireless mouses and speakers are not all that amazing.
Summary: All in all an amazing laptop, I've had this for just over two weeks now and I love it, the price was a steal the design is extremely attractive and the power and performance is top of the line, one of the most outstanding things that I admire about this laptop is the fact that for its internal components this laptop does not nearly weigh as much as any other laptop on the market this is a lightweight extremely portable laptop and I would highly recommend it to any students and high end graphics designers on the go.

Pros: -Fast i5 processor
-Blu ray capability
-Windows 7 installed
-Awesome amount of RAM for a laptop
-Upgradable to 8gb of RAM
-Graphics card is amazingggg
-Easy easy easy set up.
-HDMI outputs+Netflix instant streaming. Enough said.Cons: -The trackpad is awkward. Just get a wireless mouse. They're much better than any trackpad out there.
-The keyboard takes some getting used to with the numeric keys on the right as well, but after a week it's worth it.
-low battery life.Summary: This laptop combats with those that are at least $500 more than this. If you are looking in, above, or a bit below this price range, you need this laptop. Samsung has done an awesome job of packing this guy full of everything you could possibly need and want, as well as packing down the price. I'm excited to see what else Samsung will bring to the laptop world after buying this laptop.

Pros: Very Light, Nice Bright Screen, Love the Keypad and Number Pad, Excellent Connectivity, Well Built, AMAZING PRICE
Cons: Not many, but if I had to try and nitpick I would have to say that the keypad gets in the way of typing occasionally due to it being flush, No bluetooth built in, battery life (extra batteries aren't that expensive on ebay though)
Summary: Bottom line for the price you will not find a better deal out there. I spent countless hours online and days in different stores comparing laptops and am absolutely pleased with my purchase. Most laptops with similar featurs are well over $200 more.

Pros: Full keybaord, i5 processor, size for a full keyboard, graphics card, Blue Ray drive, HD size
Cons: No bluetooth and battery is only 3 or 4 hours plus
Summary: I got it for $760 after a special discount. This is my best laptop purchase for the $$$$$.
