  • "First Windows Laptop in 6 years."

Pros: Gorgeous 1920x1080 screen. Comfortable keyboard. Excellent graphics and overall speed. Nice Dolby tuned speakers. FAST.

Cons: Touchpad (I'm used to Apple touchpads). Mode switcher kind of gimmicky but nice. Not a fan of the touch sensitive volume controls.

Summary: I have had 3 Apple laptops over the last 6 years after switching from windows and while I still love my current Macbook Air, I needed something more powerful. I considered getting a 15 MPB, but I was drawn towards the Ivy Bridge of the Samsung laptop. The fact is, you get more bang for your buck with the Blu ray player, 16gb of RAM, 1.5 TB HD and not to mention the screen (samsung produces some of the apple screens for laptops). If I wanted an Apple with those specs I'd have to cough up $2500+.

I already played Diablo 3, Crysis 2, Tropico 4, and Saints Row 2 all on MAX settings and it took it like a champ.
