"No more Sony"
Pros: Good looking, but junk
Cons: Bad construction and worset coustomer service ever.
Summary: Mistake # 1: I bought without reading the reviews.
2-internal components are badly designed and brake easily (wireless external switch stooped working in 5 days)
3-Thugs, yes, Thugs. thats what i called the service center. (They claimed the switch is physically damaged -internal damage- and wanted 750 for repairs...i bought it for 600)
4-i sent the laptop with one issue, came back unfixed with 2 more problems, now the keyboard is making noises and the screen is scratched... and 3 months with a brand new useless laptop.
i submitted a log with the NJ consumer affairs.
