Cons: frequent failure, extremely poor customer service
Summary: Vaio is an absolute garbage! if you buy this you are pretty much betting on the machine. If it has any flwas, then, you are stuck bad. They are the only company that don't have return policy (unless you buy it from the store). I sent mine for repair, they didn't repair it properly and I kept getting the same problem and they kept saying send it for service until I decided to just throw this garbage away and assume the money is wasted and buy another laptop. But I promised them I will make everyone aware of this and that is why I am writing this review.

New sony models are prone to hardware failures. My new computer broke donwn after two hour purchaise and have experience three harware failure ever since. This "new" computer have been in and out Sony service totall eleven weeks now and still have not get it back. "Off the records", I've been told by Sony Vaoi service manager that these new Sony Models have massive problems with hardware and often broke down in two month of purchaise
