"Great design, terrible execution and service"

Cons: Slow, full of hardware and software bugs
Summary: In 5 months I have had to reformat the hard disk 5 times because of refusals to reboot; the HD and RAM have been replaced once, but still no improvement; Vista and bloatware really drag down the performance; The next business-day onsite warranty is expensive and totally misleading - you have to go through the time and hassle of reformatting the drive BEFORE they will provide you with on-site service - hardly focused on the business customer.
