"convenient, sleek, beautiful to look at"
Pros: good looking, light weight, nice screen, one of best machines I ever owned
Cons: support does not inspire confidence, I had a keyboard replaced by an independent repair shop rather than send it in for service

"Unreliable touchpad and keyboard"
Pros: Small and light, fast for it's size, cool looking.
Cons: Touchpad still does not work. It has been to the shop 4 times , they replaced touchpad and keyboards.DVD drive broke very expensive to replace. Tech support was very bad! No IR port to communicate with my Sony PDA. Repalcement battery $500....

"Extremely delicate... not for someone on the go!"
