Toshiba Portege R835-P56X

Pros: Excellent screen image and speed. I can't say enough positive about the light weight and size. It could be an excellent travel computer.

Cons: The interior bezel around the LCD screen cracked/broke within 60 days of purchase. Toshiba calls this "physical damage" and therefore is not covered by warranty. They quoted $475 to replace this thin piece of plastic trim. It isn't "physical damage" it

Summary: I really like the function and size of this laptop but I can't imagine I will ever buy another Toshiba product. I suppose my Portege will have a piece of duct tape on it for the remainder of it's life.
