"Just what I needed and a little extra."
Pros: Great display, perfect for editing photos in photoshop. Even better for watching DVD's and downloads. WiFi works great and configures itself to most networks. Runs super quiet.
Cons: EXPENSIVE! Recorded shows from cable with the DVR make the audio slightly behind the video. Will drive you crazy if all you do is watch lips. I called Toshiba and they said it was a known bug.
Summary: Overall I love the functionality. I got the F-15 and it is still huge. Barely fits into cases made for 17 Macs. There is actually a larger version. WOW.... I can do anything advertised with ease. Since I am a photographer it is great to have on location. With the built in TV function,(you can use it like a TV without turning on the OS) I can plug my Canon 20D into the video port and preview the pics I have shot or even while I am shooting them. Clients love that! The machine is fast and quiet. I can be recording a show from cable, watching it in a small window in the corner of the screen, or in a full screen if I attach an additional monitor or just minimize it and maximize, and at the same time I can be downloading music, chatting on the internet, checking my email, and editing photos on photoshop with my 6 X 8 Wacom Intuous3 Tablet. During all this, if I am in my room I can remote desktop to my studio workstation and use it as well. All this works seamlessly. After rocording a tv show I can burn it to a DVD while doing everything else. I think that is sweet. I would have liked to see 100 MB HD instead of 80 for the price, abd 16x Dual layer DVD burner instead of 8x. But then again, some people are never satisfied...

Yeah, you'd really like to see 100MB HD? I'll see you one for 100$. It's GB....you wouldn't be able to store ANYTHING on a 100mb drive, rofl.
