"Great until it suddenly dies"
2.5 starsonSummary: Using this computer, I was first very pleased with the power and reliability. Yet that suddenly came to an end when the screen started cutting out. I looked on Toshiba's website and there are numerous cases of such failures. Toshiba simply tells users to send them for service. Unfortunately, their service plans are often short (1 year) and these problems occur around the end of such plans. Finally, their customer service tends to be rude and often incompetent. On the phone, they leave customers on hold for 20 minutes, and sending in a laptop for service often takes weeks.
