"Will not burn CDs from iTunes"
Pros: nice keyboard
Cons: not compatable with iTunes burning
Summary: I JUST purchased this Toshiba laptop and it DOES NOT allow me to burn CDs from itunes. I just got off the phone with Toshiba support and they won't admit they have a problem with their product. I got the same spill that they don't support 3rd party software. Since iTunes has practically become industry standard software, e.g, word, excel, etc. this is a REAL problem for Toshiba.
DO NOT BUY a TOSHIBA A215-S7422. I already have a Toshiba Satellite that I've had for 4 years and have not had any problems with burning CDs from itunes. So this is an OBVIOUS defect with this unit.
If you find a firmware upgrade like Dell has, please let me know. At least they ACKNOWLEDGED they had a problem and fixed it.

Twenty bucks says your disc drive is in the TS-L632 range of drives and you need to download the firmware from Toshiba here's the link

If you check your drivers and it's a TS-L632 model drive this will fix your itunes problem.
