"You don't even get what you pay for!"
Pros: Has a lot of potential
Cons: Fatal issue with chipset.
Summary: Buyer beware on th A215 series from Toshiba. They have had issues with the chipset since this laptop was released. I quick glance out Toshiba's website will show bios update after bios update. Unfortunately none of them fix the problem. When throttling the cpu this laptop's screen will go black and the system stop responding. The only recourse is to reboot. Toshiba tech support is horrible, they pawn everything off to their repair centers, and even though this problem is reported in tons of forums, they act like they have no clue this issue is out there. And even though they have promised multiple call backs I have yet to hear from them. If you enjoy incompetent tech support and shoddy hardware, by all means, buy this laptop. Otherwise, do not buy Toshiba. I never will again.
