"All the other mobiles from this era are dead, this one lives on and is still my one of my favorites"
Pros: I edit photos on the fly so it is great!! Also, the reliability has been unreal. I live in a tropical enviroment that everything just rusts or rots, the A25 is still fully operational.
Cons: I have three battery's because it sucks the juice, but I am out all day on a shoot..so any mobile would be taxed with all the demand. Worn letters on keys and touchpad surface it wornout from use
Summary: I can replace the touchpad and keyboard for nothing. I have replaced the ram with 1024 kingston and a huge and fast HD. The original parts worked great, just needed more. I have one dead pixle. Everything else is great. I have a thinkpad for the quick on the go, but it has been a pain with the AC jack problems and HD problems and Screen problems. I use the A25 everyday, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. I bought it new Christmas 2003. I paid 1219.99 after rebate. I am a man (6'3") so the size and weight seen like a non-event to me. If I was a girl, it might be an issue. Yes, this is like a p4 3.06 desktop in a small package, but it has won the race with its steady pace. I will cry when it dies......
