Cons: I got a Toshiba satellite C655 as a graduation present I have had it for a year, the hinge has broke twice. The customer service at toshiba is TERRIBLE! This hinge issue is a KNOWN MANUFACTURER ERROR, there have been previous lawsuits about.
Summary: The hinge issue is a known manufacturer error that has incured previous lawsuits. Which can be found on the toshiba website. My computer is only a year old and the hinges have broken twice with-in 6 months.There are also pixles on the screen that are always blue and never worked. The customer service people at toshiba tried to say I dropped it and broke it, which I did not. I wish I would have researched enough to find the information about the hinge issues before I picked it for a graduation present. I will never buy another TOSHIBA electronic device again because of the way customer service treated me.
