Cons: The power cordslocation seems to be getting in the way often for right handed mouse people and USB ports there also
Summary: All I can add is it is my first Toshiba product and they have some at first unusual specific Toshiba additions. Which now I have come to use and find them a welcome addition
I found customer \ tech help to be a little not cold, but not overly some one could have been having a bad day.
It has more than I was looking for in a laptop and at a cheaper price than was looking to spend
