Summary: It's been in the shop for several weeks, and no one has any idea of when the parts will be in. I am very disappointed with Toshiba's response, and I will never buy another Toshiba again.

Cons: The only thing I could even think of that would be a con is that it comes with only 256 mb of RAM. But, I picked up an additional 256 mb of RAM at Office Depot for $29.95 ($49.95 with $20 MIR)

Pros: Fast, lightweight, big bright screen, incredible price (Dec 2004). Best notebook deal out there.
Cons: Came w/ only 256MB RAM. $40 to double it to 512MB. Otherwise, perfect.

Pros: Paid $849 with 512 MB ram upgrade at Best buy. Strong Processor, responsive touch pad, and yes there is a win Key located in the top right hand corner of the keyboard. Toshiba makes good laptops.
