Pros: NONE. I will never by Toshiba again.

Cons: The laptop is fragile and easily broken along with many internal problems

Summary: After four months of using this laptop, the left hinge broke off. This laptop was barely moved around and had set mostly on my desk. There also was an overheating problem and the screen froze often.

When I called the customer relations, they at first did not even state the recall for my computer, and when I had called at least four times, the fifth call finally mentioned the recall and stated that everything, and I mean EVERYTHING including the hinge and the overheating problem would be fixed, free of charge.

They contacted me back and I have to spend about 180 dollars to fix a problem that never was caused by me in the first place. The people in customer relations are also very rude, even raising their voice like they are shouting at times.

I will never again buy Toshiba products and I am thinking about taking this issue to court.

I just hope that people will read this and realize that Toshiba is a company with horrible services and horrible products.
