"Voodoo PC?s Customer Card is Unacceptable"
Pros: Nothing but problems.
Cons: Over-priced for poor quality.
Summary: I purchased a Envy M:152 in April 2007 and am giving this $5,000 computer away to a local school. I am using the tax deduction and buying a Fujitsu notebook.
I had a touch pad issue (the left button stopped working in September) and sent is back for repair. When the repair was done, Voodoo PC incorrectly addressed the shipment, which UPS could not seem to correct. The computer was sent to over 5 cities before I received it several weeks later.
Whenever I called the company for help, Voodoo PC called my home number and left difficult to understand voicemails, when I gave, and asked them to call my office number.
The shipment was a mess when I received it. They charged me $160 for the shipment, to fix a touch pad. They packed the computer in the same box I sent them it to them. They were too cheap to re-pack the computer properly.
The notebook was scratched but ran when I opened the box. But, the touch pay did not work and they changed the settings on computer, which I had to correct in bios.
If you want a quality, high performance computer, do not buy Voodoo PC.
