Pros: I wish there were some. I bought the J4 to replace my X2. Both their products and support have gone down hill.
Cons: Lets start with realiabilty. If this is something you want look elsewhere. And to top it off, their support for the product is horrible. My J4 is less than a year old and they dont even have their drivers up to date to work with the latest software.

Pros: For all the features this notebook has, it was far and away the best value I found for any notebook on the market at that time (4/03). Paid $1450 and have yet to have a problem (other than my own doing when installing software) so can't really give an opi
Cons: The fan is not quiet, but not obnoxious either. I would not like to carry this puppy around for long periods, for it isn't light. In fact, I bought a rolling carrying case to solve this issue.

"Tech Support that speaks english!!"
Pros: Fast system! Loaded to the gills! Ran into a bit of a glitch (as you will with any system) but tech support answered immeadiatley! No phone menu games, no elevator music, one ring and I was in. And whats best: Their American. Unlinke Dells confusing as
Cons: Fans are pretty loud but hey, as long as they work I'm happy.
