Pros: value, text printing, small size, quiet in standby

Cons: make more noise than inkjet when printing, curls pages a little (minor), picture graphics arn't the best

Summary: Over all, the printer is great. There are minor setbacks like the noisy printing, minor curl to the pages (characteristic to most small laser printer) and the only ok graphics. Everything else is great and it is a good value. If those minor setbacks don't bother you, this is most likely the best small business printer you can buy.
