"Great printer for low price and non-techies!"
Pros: Ease of use, can use cheap paper (copier or multi-use paper) and not jam, fast printing, does envelopes, and toner last a long time (longer than my inkjet).
Cons: Toner is expensive ($75); about 8 cents a page. However, it lasts longer than inkjet cartridges. I've changed the black color cartridge twice and still haven't changed the toner on this printer yet.
Summary: If color is not necessary, then this is a great all purpose b/w printer. The printout looks great and the page won't bleed like it does on inkjet printouts when water hits it. The print jobs are fast and you can walk away and not worry about the printer stopping from a paper jam.
