"5 printer bought, 5 printers in for servicing, more than once each."
Pros: Good feature set, good price point and good specs.
Cons: Either it is bad build quality or a poor design, but to date all 5 printers have had problems. Problems have ranged from defective toner cartridges to bad rollers and poor OSX drivers. These printers are less than 6 months old. Not recommended.
