"Great Color Laser for the Price"
Pros: Quick printing, good color quality, sharp images, easy to change toners, good adjustment tools
Cons: Print driver occasionally hangs on first print, one paper tray instead of 8.5x11 and 8.5x14 (minor issue)
Summary: This printer serves all the color printing for my small business and my personal use. Fast printing for it's size. Many reviewers complain about toner costs. Dell's toners are expensive. I have found compatibles for less than $30 each. If you aren't printing a lot of full coverage sheets the toner life is acceptable. Toner change out is quick and simple. Planning to buy a second one for my wife who prints a lot of photos. Overall, this printer delivers what it's advertised to do. Very satisfied.
