"Piece of Junk"
Pros: If you are printing a letter or black and white typed report then this printer is fine as long as you aren't printing more than a few at a time.
Cons: It will not print files of any size or graphics consistently. Dells solution is to replace the printer. And replace the printer. And replace the printer.
Summary: If you do any work with graphics at all, this printer is a piece of junk. An error message will tell you to shut the printer on and off to clear it. If the error is repeated, and it always is, then you are supposed to call Technical Support. When you give technical support the error number they will tell you the solution to the problem is to replace the printer. And around and around you go. This is the second printer now that I've been told to replace. Give me a break! It's a BAD product!
