    "Great output quality & the the price is hard to beat"

    Pros: Output quality and price

    Cons: It's humungus size

    Summary: I had a minor difficulty getting the print operating correctly (Cyan had a blank strip down the right edge). Email support was useless (less than useless in fact -- using a human to generate the equivalence of a automated response annoyed me to the extreme).

    Phone support took over two hours. I was transferred from tech support, to customer support and then back to tech support. Finally I chatted with someone who had seen this issue and now it's resolved and we love the printer.
