Summary I thought this would fit in perfectly at our chic, modern office but the thing has no paper tray. The door has to hang open with the paper sticking out at all times. It looks ridiculous and leaves the paper open to dust, spills, and pets.

Cons No service....I mean none..tried working with Dell over 2 months and got no where. Buy at your own risk but I would not advise any Dell product. I have been a customer over 20 years with numerous products but never again.
Summary The printer is decent but you better know how to fix it for there is no service.

on by sousana1Pros It's so easy to install I don't remember installing it to my Dell MS 7 system. It's not fast, but it's nearly perfect.
Cons It's lack of a proper paper tray may discourage some.
Summary Not counting the paper tray, lack of, it's a flawless printer. I got it simply because my deskjet stopped working and the price was right. I plan on light use via USB and it's perfect for me. Had I been looking to use it for heavy or every day use, I would have gone with a color laser with a built in, enclosed paper tray.
