Cons: Looks terrible once paper is loaded.
Summary: I thought this would fit in perfectly at our chic, modern office but the thing has no paper tray. The door has to hang open with the paper sticking out at all times. It looks ridiculous and leaves the paper open to dust, spills, and pets.

Pros: It's so easy to install I don't remember installing it to my Dell MS 7 system. It's not fast, but it's nearly perfect.
Cons: It's lack of a proper paper tray may discourage some.
Summary: Not counting the paper tray, lack of, it's a flawless printer. I got it simply because my deskjet stopped working and the price was right. I plan on light use via USB and it's perfect for me. Had I been looking to use it for heavy or every day use, I would have gone with a color laser with a built in, enclosed paper tray.
