Pros: you can once in a while get something to print right, Setup was easy

Pros: Over 30,000 pages in 5 months in our office and we just had to replace the drum and cartridges. Almost all text printing.
Cons: cartridges are a little more costly and the separate drum has to be replaced at 30,000 pages
